I found the assessment process to be casual, relaxed, efficient and comphrensive all at the same time. Emily was very nurturing, professional and very easy to get along with. My assessment lasted over 4 hours and Emily was supportive and encouraging throughout.
I have used Emily’s report as evidence to support my claim for disability with the Open University.
On a personal note the report has made my dyslexia real. I will use the report to make sure that I get the support that I need.
Initially I was overwhelmed and upset by my diagnosis even though I knew that I was dyslexic. These feeling have passed and I am now able to fully embrace my neurodiversity in my workplace.
